Pilar Pardos Aguilella

(PhD, MSc, OMPT, PT)

Pilar Pardos Aguilella graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of San Jorge in 2013. Subsequently, in 2015, she obtained the Master in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMPT), which meets the standards of the IFOMPT (International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists). In 2019, she completed the official Master in Health Assessment and Training at the University of Zaragoza. In 2020, she started her Doctorate in Health Sciences, which she completed in 2023 with Cum Laude mention, presenting the research entitled “Effectiveness of a telerehabilitation programme based on specific neck exercises with Spinetrack in patients with mild cervical disability and weakness of the deep cervical musculature”. Since 2015, she has combined her clinical and nursing work in different centres with her teaching activities at the University of Zaragoza.
