
Pablo Fanlo Mazas
( PhD, MSc, OMPT, PT)
Diploma in Physiotherapy from the University of Zaragoza (UZ) in 2003 and Master in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMPT), which meets the standards of the IFOMPT (International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists). Degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from UNED and Doctorate “cum laude” from UZ in 2014 with a thesis entitled “Effects of the Diacutaneous Fibrolysis Technique on Pain, Femoro-Patellar Joint Mobility, Muscle Mobility, Strength and Functional Capacity in Subjects with Femoro-Patellar Pain Syndrome”. Since 2010, he has been combining teaching and research.
He is currently a permanent lecturer at the UZ teaching Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy.
His research interests lie in the study of manual and instrumental techniques of soft tissue mobilisation, with a special focus on climbing injuries.
