
Alberto Montaner Cuello
(PT, PhD, OMPT)
Alberto Montaner Cuello started his university education with a Diploma in Physical Education and a Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Science. After several years of working in formal and non-formal education, he graduated in Social Education in 2011. Motivated to continue her training in the field of health and physical activity, she graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of Zaragoza in 2016 and completed her training as a Master in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMPT) in 2018. Since 2016 she has been working as a physiotherapist in the field of cerebral palsy and in 2018 with her own practice in musculoskeletal pathology.
In 2019 she started her PhD in Health Sciences at the University of Zaragoza, which she finished in 2024 with Cum Laude mention, presenting the research work “Study of the diagnostic accuracy of the Slump and Straight Leg Raise neurodynamic tests in the diagnosis of lumbosacral radiculopathy in patients with clinical suspicion”. Since 2020 she has been teaching at the University of Zaragoza in the Physical Therapy course.
