Welcome to PhysiUZerapy, Physiotherapists at the service of Science!

With more than 20 years of clinical, teaching and research experience, we have travelled an exciting daily path leading us to understand health and neuro-musculoskeletal problems better.

Committed to our profession, we conduct research to generate knowledge that helps to understand neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunctions and develop valid physiotherapy prevention and intervention models that can be implemented in care programmes for people with these dysfunctions.

How do we do it?

Clinical Research: We conduct research with actual patients at our partner centres.

Basic research: Using advanced technology, we conduct laboratory studies at the cellular, histological and biomechanical levels.

Prevention models: We develop health promotion models to prevent neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunctions, ensuring personalized care and equitable access to health care.

Interdisciplinary collaboration: We surround ourselves with passionate professionals who are experts in other healthcare and engineering fields. Together, we share ideas and create innovative solutions.
